He is a surveillance and investigative expert, who also provides protective services in the state of North Carolina. Joseph’s skillset in technical surveillance, TSCM and knowledge on customised devices support a wide array of operations across the business.

As the Vice President of U.S. Technical Operations, Joseph oversees the financial and operational aspects of the company’s business within the United States. With nearly a decade of experience in investigative work, spanning from Workman’s Compensation/Insurance Fraud Investigations to private undercover operations, Joseph has perfected his investigative skills over the years. His expertise includes the development and deployment of unmanned camera platforms and various other technological devices aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
Joseph is proficient in a range of core operational tasks, including report writing, covert and overt investigations, accident scene investigation, and wellness checks. He holds a license as an Armed Private Investigator in the state of North Carolina, with a Close Protection endorsement, enabling him to provide unarmed and armed Close Protection services to clients within or visiting the state. Additionally, he is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services.
