Conflict International gains ISO certification

We are delighted to announce that following months of preparation we have recently been certified in the UK to two of the most highly regarded international standards; ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems.

ISO standards ensure that companies consistently provide services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The ISO 27001 certification in particular ensures the secure management of assets and information provided by third parties.

Reacting to the news, our Director of Compliance Roger Bescoby said: “This certification is a testament to the standards of quality and information security we practice at Conflict International. As a customer focused business, we never hesitate in putting in the hours to demonstrate our passion for quality, compliance and ethical operations. We always strive to stand out in our field so it’s great to add these prestigious certifications to our existing credentials.”

Conflict CEO Mike La Corte said: “Achieving these certifications solidifies our position at the forefront of the private investigation industry. Being officially certified to these standards has allowed us to continue to develop as a business and I’m really looking forward to our exciting growth plans for 2022. I’d like to thank all of the team who worked hard to make this happen.”

Every member of Conflict International’s staff in the UK contributed to achieving these certifications, while final preparations for our external audit were led by Mehmet Goksen with support from Lynne Waldie and Ben Fawcett.
