Following a distinguished career in an International Blue Chip Aviation Company, Andrew brings almost four decades of high level Human Resources experience to the Conflict International team.

Best described as an all round HR trouble-shooter, Andrew applies his specialist investigative skills to managing all levels of workplace related integrity and security. This covers the lifespan of an employment contract, from pre-employment vetting and on-boarding through to termination.

Andrew proudly looks to his successful development and implementation of innovative and robust investigative and business protection measures that ethically tackle all absence related topics, dishonesty and disloyalty issues in the workplace. One such attendance management program under his personal stewardship resulted in a 50% reduction in workforce absence within a large UK Manufacturing Organisation.

He is specifically recognised and respected for his strong negotiation skills and relationship building between workforce, trade unions and management.
